Class Description

Boxfit:                  Focusing on partner pad work, combos and drills on boxing bags.  Great challenge for mind and body.  

                            Class suitable for beginner to advance fitness levels.  Highly recommend completing the Introduction                                                  to Boxing Fundamentals.

Fight Camp:         For members wanting to compete in the ring.  Focusing on technique, conditioning and sparring. (Compulsory                                   head gear, mouthpiece and 16oz gloves). 

                             Will require to pass Fight Fit test*

Youth Box:            For 10–17-year-old.  Focusing on boxing technique, fitness drills and core work.                                                          

KICK Boxfit:         Focusing of pad work, kicks, combos, drills and heavy bags.  Highly recommend completing the Introduction to                                Kickboxing Fundamentals.

 

 

                         

Classes are 45mins except for Saturday morning which is 1hr.
