Vintage Boxing Gloves

Class Description

BOXFIT:                  Focusing on partner pad work, combos and drills on boxing bags.  Great challenge for mind and body.  

                               Class suitable for beginner to advance fitness levels.  Highly recommend completing the Introduction                                                 to Boxing Fundamentals.

FIGHTCAMP:        For members wanting to compete in the ring.  Focusing on technique, conditioning and sparring. (Compulsory                                  head gear, mouthpiece and 16oz gloves). 

                              Will require to pass Fight Fit test*

YOUTHBOX:        For 10–17-year-old.  Focusing on boxing technique, fitness drills and core work.  

                                                       

KICKBOXING:      Is a dynamic, high-energy session designed to teach beginners the basic techniques, stances, and movements.

                             the sport in a safe and supportive environment. These classes emphasize proper form, power and speed,

                             building confidence and providing a full-body workout.

                         

Classes are 45mins except for Saturday morning which is 1hr.
