Personal Training

Personal Training is a great way to improve your boxing technique or to improve your fitness and achieve your training goals.  We tailor and personal training session to each individual client.  Our experienced trainers are there to motivate, push and encourage you to achieve the most out of your training while providing you with expertise and knowledge. 

You can do personal training individually or as a group.  Our personal training sessions ​include Boxing fitness, improving boxing skill, increasing fitness levels, weight loss, goal setting, 

Make a start with our 'Introduction to Boxing or Kickboxing Fundamentals'.

 

$200 for a customized personal training program of 3 special sessions.  Giving you the fundamentals to begin classes with confidence.  Highly recommended for beginners to boxing or kickboxing.
