Fitness classes are non contact, except for our fighter sessions.  We cater for all fitness levels from beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Whatever you're fitness goals be it wanting to drop some unwanted kilo's, tone up, gain muscle or learn how to box we are here to help you achieve them. 

We pride ourselves as being one of Auckland's friendliest Training Facilities where everyone knows your name. 

We also offer Personal Training to help motivate, inspire and push you to get results.

I want to make a start - Introduction to Boxing or Kickboxing Fundamentals.

If you're a total beginner wanting to participate in our Boxfit Studio Classes, we recommend you do the INTRODUCTION TO BOXING OR KICKBOXING FUNDAMENTALS. This includes 3 x 45-minute Personal Training Sessions with a qualified trainer we will provide you with boxing gloves if you don't have your own pair.

(It is recommended to purchase your own gloves and hand wraps.)

These sessions help give you the foundation and confidence to attend our classes. Learn the easy A, B, C of boxing, how to throw punches from head guard, stance, moving and learning to throw boxing combinations.
